I have only 1 pair of skinny jeans and this is what i wear with them. I wear any shirt and then I wear my long boots, but over the jeans.

first of all, please don't try to pull off the skinny look if you are not at least proportionate. Either flats or heels, it really depends on what top you are wearing. Pair flats with a long tank, heels would look skanky. If you have a cute tunic with cap sleeves or longer, then I would go with heels. Flats would make it look bulky.

Well skinny jeans are good for knee high boots that are stylish or some heels like steletos, pumps such like that.

Wear a long tunic, wide hip hugger belt, and pointy toe shoes to complete the long lean look.

where a cute lace undershirt. with a cute button down shirt. you can find those at like hollister, abercrombie, american eagle, and other places. that would really look nice. and shoes i would have to go with some type of etnies.
