If you mean the pants that sit low on the hips they are called hip huggers. hot pants expose the bottom

personally as a mom, I call them"plummer butt"jeans for obvious reasons. These are not attractive on anyone,esp those who don't even realize that the moment you bend even a bit, theres the plummer butt.

most who wear them shouldn't.. just like bathing suits and two piecers.
