I came off the pill just over a month ago after nine years of taking it and now my face is full of spots. I usually only get them occasionally but this is a really nasty outbreak. Could this be because I've come off the pill or is it just a coincidence?

ive just done the exact same thing! Mine are now that bad that im going back on it. ive never got more that one spot at a time before, now im covered

Yes, as the pill controls your hormone levels so you don't get as many spots. I went through the same thing. See the doctor for medication to treat them, as you don't want any scarring, and it's nice to get rid of zits when they come, anyway.

Maybe. Don't people sometimes go on the Pill to sort out their acne? I reckon it's the hormone change that's causing yer zits.

it could be as your body will be use to taking the pill give a couple of months should turn back to normal
