Cheney surrended all of his ties with Haliburton when he ran for the Vice Presidency. The reason the government didnt change contract with Haliburton is because they were still under contract with President CLinton,it just rolled over to the next president. So Cheney has nothing to due with Haliburton or its contracts but you might ask Al Gore who has massive stock in the "BIG OIL" companies why the price of fuel keeps going up.Stupid question I asked wasnt it?Now read yours.

Considering they don't have oil fields and pipelines to rebuild your question doesn't make any sense. Stop buying into liberal rants and raves, stay focused on whats accouring not conspiracies.

Not really, since this one (for a change) isn't actually America's war. America just helped to train and arm the Israeli forces.

Besides, they really f****d up Iraq didn't they!
