it is very common, i went through it when i was pregnant, like you it started really early and went on the whole way through. it does get heavy as time goes on so i suggest you invest in some breast pads (avent washable ones are very good, you get six and a wash bag for 4.99 from boots, mothercare, etc)
i do suggest that you don't squeeze your breasts though because your uterus contracts when you express which isn't good while the baby is still in there.
good luck

I wouldn't think they would be leaking at 11 weeks as they shouldn't have that much milk yet.
I tried looking it up on the web but everything I could find dealt with leaking and drainage in the final weeks of pregnancy.
You may have some sort of infection, so my advice is to see a doctor for a more accurate answer. If you are pregnant, your health and that of your baby should come first.

its quite normal my love, though best not to squeeze them u may get sore. Only time any seeping fluid from a breast is a worry is when it is brown, green or has blood in it...if that happens see ur doctor. Congrats on ur baby and very best wishes tc xx

Yes that is normal. YOur body is making colostrum. That is the liquid leaking from your breasts. Colostrum is the highly nutritious liquid that your baby drinks for the first few days before your milk comes in. (That is if you breastfeed) Your body makes the liquid during pregnancy.

Hun dont worry yourself about a little milk. That is fine that this is happening. Least you have milk coming in some women dont, thats when you need to worry. Relax and chill out, you dont want your lovely baby feeling your worry. Congrats and good luck.

When pregnant with both my children my breasts leaked constantly. I could wring out my breast pads quite often. Perfectly normal. If slightly embarrasing.
