If you dont want to download anything then just go to http://elliottback.com/wp/archives/2006/02/12/morph-your-face/ and you can upload a picture and play around with the age and color of your face.
If you want a program, then you might want to use Photoshop to create your own personal face morphing graphics.

hmm.. i dont know.. try to do it your self.. you can edit ur pict by using adobe photoshop.. its really cool once you know all the trick there.. hehe..
