Is it legal to copy personal advertisement to use on my own website without permission?

I'm building a new escort directory and have no profiles to start with. Is it ok to copy ads and pictures from other escort directories? Or I'll have to contact each and every escort for copyright permissions??

Advertising copy can be filed for a copyright so your best bet will be to obtain permission.
