Keep them supported at all times. Even get a "sports bra" and wear it at night. Mine were really bad for a while but I am at 15 weeks now and they are much better...Go get a book called " what to expect when you are expecting" by Heidi Murkoff. It's the pregnancy bible and will help with all these questions. Your question as well as many others that you would not expect is in there. It's excellent in describing all of these little things that worry moms and help distinguish when something is "normal" or not.
Good Luck!

mine were tender the entire time i was pregnant with my last one (she's almost 3 weeks old) and it varied what would help. sometimes i needed to go without a bra, other times i need a sports bra so they weren't able to move. usually taking a warm shower helped. if you aren't too nauseated and your doctor says it's ok, tylenol can help if it's really unbearable. be careful of how much tylenol you take because it's very hard on your liver and your body is also under the additional stress of pregnancy. good luck!

It won't last long, but don't keep a bra on all day. It will come and go for the first 3 months.

I apply a nice warm washcloth on them. It really seems to help me get some relief. It will subside eventually.
Best wishes to you!!
