I believe they might start a new season of S-Cry-Ed. But im not 100% sure. I go to the S-Cry-Ed website and at the bottom of one page it shows an icon for the next season so i have a feeling that they will eventually start a new season of the show.
For Samurai Champloo im not sure about cuz i dont really watch it.

They finished Samurai Champloo's full episode run a few months ago- now they're showing it randomly.
I don't watch S-Cry-ed, so I'm not sure on that.

No both the show's are finished and there is no plan to make more.
