You just need to look up the equation for conductive heat flow. Plug in your numbers, and be sure to track the units.

How did you calculate all those different answers (the 120, 80, 200, and 1200 Watts)?

q = .04x0.2x(245-20)x100/1.5 = 8x225/15 = 120 J/s

Only one face of the oven is considered.
