Last night, I wanted some info and was told they are not allowed to give pricing info over the phone. They do not know any reason other than management says I'm not allowed to they can get fired if they do. I talked to clerks at two different station and both told me the same thing.

Probably because the price would change before you got there.

I would say its so other stations can't call and then sell their gas for less.

Duh! No one would come there for gas. Most people wait until the car is empty and go to a gas station. That's where they make their money.
