im taking some birthcontrol and it makes me feel sick and have a headache i feel like throwing up all the time.

For about a year I was on a pill called Ortho Tricyclen Lo and I had no nausea. It may be because it's what they call a "Low Dose" birth control pill, meaning it's a low dosage of hormones. You might want to try it. Also, you might take the drug with food so that it has something to settle on in your stomach.
