You probably need to scout up the money for the Doctor. But think about the following.

1. Are you having regular bowel movements?
If not you can become impacted from a poor or
improper diet. Prunes or prune juice can help this.

2.It is extremely important to drink lots of WATER not other fluids. You could have kidney stones. The kidneys are at waist high
around on your back. Cranberry concentrate from a health food store will help dissolve kidney stones, if thats what it is. Mix 8 oz with 1 gallon of water and drink 8 oz before every meal along with about 100 ounces of water every day. If your urine is brown you are dehydrated. With the heat this year I'm sure many people aren't drinking enough water. We live in Florida and drink 6 to 8 16 oz waters every day.

3.Your appendix is on the right side. But in some people it can be misplaced.

4. Something else to consider caused by your diet. If you are overweight and eat a fatty diet you could have a gall bladder problem.

HERE IS THE BOTTOM LINE. GET TO THE DOCTOR AND LET HIM FIGURE IT OUT. GOOD LUCK!!

try not to sit for so long. Get up and mobilise. Exercises are good for you. It can be any thing from a trapped wind, problems with your lungs or it can be a cardiac condition. Find out if you have any cardiac problems in you family.
If you find that the pain is radiating from your chest to your arm or the back of your shoulder it could be serious and you need to see the GP.
hope you find these help full.
get better soon

It could be your kidneys or your ovaries. Try flushing your system with lots of water, and go to a health food store to get some treatments for bladder or kidney infections.
