Why is that? It is about the only way I can stand to eat them anymore. Course I don't worry too much about getting cancer from a wienie!

I like it, but not frequently, cause the direct contact of fire with the hotdogs, will cause harmful chemical form, from the animal fat burnt. Which if take too much for a long period of time, prone to get cancer.

Yes, and on the grill and in the micowave and in a pot of boiling water. The best probably come from the grill, but the open fire is a close second.

I love hot dogs over the fire...but I prefer marshmallows later.

yes - anything on the grill rocks - especially buns...but not on grill ;-)
