Go tell him now! Did you even know that semtex is a powerful explosive? You could blow up the whole house!!!
Even though it is only activated by an electrical current it is still very dangerous!!!

Yes you should, as a remodeler I would recommend that anytime you hire someone to do work for you.......be specific that way you cut down on the confusion factor.
