I'm done with pre-paid. Looking to get a contract phone with both pic ability and e-mail capability. Also, what about cost? I am new to this market. And no, I wasn't born yesterday. I was born the day before yesterday!

depending where you live, they usually have a phone plan that you pay like $45 and you can talk unlimited...
In Miami its called Metro PCS.
But my pick is cingular.
$45 a month, roll over, and great reception.

When you say "pic ability" do you mean you want to be able to take pictures or do you want to be able to send them as well?
If you just want to take pictures, any camera phone will be fine but when you start wanting to do email and sending pictures, this will cost extra.
How many minutes a month do you figure you'll use? That will determine the bulk of your monthly plan. The extras will cost at least another $10 or so, depending on which carrier you decide to go to.

I LOVE MY VERIZON WIRELESS. They are cheap, work everywhere, and give you a free phone every 2 years. They were giving away a free razor phone a couple weeks ago. Wait for a promotion so you can get an extra good phone.
