Depends on what email program you're using. For Outlook, go to Options, Mail Format, Signature Picker. Enter your information and click apply.

You need to go into the OPTIONS tab of your email. The part where you input info. to be included at the bottom of every outgoing email is called "signature." You'd cut and paste or type your info into the signature box that pops up when you click "Signature" in options. Click save. All your messages will include the signature, usually by default, but sometimes you have to check a small box next to the words "Include my Signature."

You can add an electronic signature to whatever type of mail service you use. You can chose to have it attached to the emails all the time or as a selected option. It will depend on what you usefor email, Ie: Yahoo, AOL, Outlook, etc.

With most email clients you can attach a 'signature' to all emails. If you put your business details in the signature, then you will have your wish.
