There are so many! It depends on the mood I am in.

Right this moment it would be "Kill Bill" by Tarantino.

The reason is that I like Tarantino films - introduced to them by my teenage sons. The scripts are interesting, the format and shots are cool.

I am feeling angry with my boyfriend right now and think I need a bit of catharisis!! I can really identify with Uma Thurman's character in Kill Bill right now!!!

Labyrinth - Something about it is just so surreal and sensual, love the 80's soundtrack too!

The Lion King - So many adult themes for a children's film.

Bram Stoker's Dracula - A very convincing interpretation of the novel.

Nightmare on Elm Street series - So darkly funny!

City of Angels cos it's about an angel (Nicolas Cage) who falls for Meg Ryan the only way he can be with her is to become mortal which he does and then she dies in an accident! ahhh it's a chick flick but has a good soundtrack too.

Gone With The Wind. It was made at the height of the best era for production values ever. It couldn't even be made today, and achieve the success it has.
