There is nothing wrong with the white liquid. It's probably semen that your describing. It's a male germ that is ejaculated after your sexual pleasure. Happens during masturbation and sex.
I was at my teen years and during my sexual pleasure, this white liquid, semen, is what came out of my penis and I was scared that there is something wrong with me. But no. It's normal and that semen is also what you need to make a baby with your woman.
