OK enough!
there were two or three who said more muscle mass, and are on the right track. Just that simple. Not getting into an equality argument, as that is a totally different plane of discussion. Not fair to the questioner, who most likely was looking for the physical difference, or would have indicated so.
And yes the proper sentence structure would leave out the word "more", but again, don't need to make life harder than it is. We can use a softer more helpful tone. The reason for a response should be to answer the question asked.

Boys, once in puberty, develop more muscle mass than girls which continues into adulthood. However, before puberty, boys and girls are pretty much equal in potential muscle strength.
I wouldn't say boys are stronger biologically however. Have you noticed that women outlive men and tend to be less prone to disease and other maladies. Girls have a lower infant mortality rate too. Girls also generally mature faster than boys physically, emotionally, and often academically - especially in language.

First of all, it should be more "strong", or stronger without the "more." You need to review grammar.
Let me preface my future statement by saying that I know a lot of really physically strong women, that could beat up a boy any day. I also know a lot of twiggy and weak boys that could be knocked over with a feather.
The fact is, boys tend to be stronger than girls because of testosterone. It is just a plain fact of life. It doesn't make them better, and it doesn't mean all boys are strong; it's just a natural advantage they have.

Because males have a hormone called testosterone which promotes muscle growth and aggresive behaviour. Thats why generally boys become stronger than girls.

Now do mean physically stronger, maybe emotionally stronger, maybe mentally stronger? If somebody can run further are they stronger?

The genetic make up of males of almost all species is bigger. It goes back to the days of fighting for the female and the stronger one wins.
