We actually live here! As for being expensive it's true. I'm not sure how something can be to perfect but everything is well kept. OK so they make you wear mouse ears...but only when you leave your house. You get used to it! I guess the bottom line is people are willing to pay the high price so there must be some good here.

though celebration looks very nice the houses, townhouses are to over priced they are to close and there are to many house association rules to follow , so no my husband and myself would not live there

No, the houses are too close to eachother and too expensive just because they're "close to, and it's a disney neighborhood."

nice place to visit, but I wouldnt want to live there.
it just strikes me as too 'picture perfect', and I imagine the zoning laws and city ordinances are very restrictive.
