On line, but check out with the Embassy of the country your going, it can cost Lot's of money just to apply, and then you get turned down, you can also check the newspapers they often have adds about working, and emigrating.
You will need to have job skills, or quite a few thousands of pounds, unlike the UK they will not feed you, or care for you if you have no work. you will also have to prove how much money ou have, that you have the job skills they want, and that you are fit and healthily, that goes for you and your family.
so be careful, and good luck

From where?

There are quotas, depending on your skills, and
which country you are from.

At least you're trying to do the right thing (legally) by the tone of
your question.

Contact their embassies.

Australia requires you to either have a fortune or be a skilled worker.

For Oz, you need to score enough points.

Age, skills.....that sort of thing can score points.
