or what's your business plan?

That's a very generic question. Your business plan should be one that matches your goals. Are you looking to build something and sell it? Are you looking to work in the business as a career? Are you looking to make some quick money?

What ever the answer is should determine your model. My business is one that has multiple revenue sources that are somewhat on autopilot that in some case pour into one another. It is also portable, so if I've got cell phone and internet connections, I can work.

There are a lot of people that start a business they think will be great, only to find the reality of it not so appealing (high overhead, high governmental regulation, low margins, commodity market). Figure out your goals, talk to others in the business and model it so it can be sold long term.
