i know someone who went to cuba and did and had a brilliant time, the man that conducted the ceremony couldn't speak the same language though which personally would worry me a little, you wouldn't have a clue if he was actually saying what the translater was saying! ha ha

It might be best to go into a travel agents.
They have entire brochures devoted to all you could want to know about tropical weddings and lots of them.

Cairns in N Australia is a lovely place for a wedding. The climate is great and the area is beautiful.
