Sorry, not trying to be cruel, but I ask myself, how could you not SEE THIS??? 19 YEARS????? Come on now.....

I simply can't believe that he was cheating for 19 years and there were no signs of it. You were just blissfully ignorant. This tells me that you're not particularly interested in sex. There's nothing wrong with that, but you can't expect him not to go elsewhere to get his needs met if you're not going to meet them.

I would make sure I had proof. Sue the woman he was with for alienation of affection and then take everything the best lawyer could take from him. Go get him!!!
