The same the guys find funny about seeing a guy get hit in the balls. The difference is that they don't have to imagine the sensation whereas we (poor visual slaves that we are) do. We imagine the hideous and exquisite agony that the poor guy is going through and though we want to laugh we often cringe as well!
Besides, mens wobbly dangly things are just generally funny!

It's kind of slapstick humor...like when people laugh if someone falls down...although for some women, it may be a feeling of justice for what they go through (with periods, cramps, childbirth, etc) that men don't deal with...
I find slapstick humor funny sometimes...and have been known to laugh (while cringing) when seeing someone fall or get hit with something (esp if it appears it's not life or seriously health threatening)...it's not that I think they deserve it or would want it to happen to me, but I guess part of being human...we tend to laugh in the face of distress sometimes (ours or others), it helps minimize the worry that something might seriously be wrong...
...and alas, humans throughout history have been known for taking enjoyment when others were in peril...such as the ancient Roman arena where people were thrown to the lions for sport...

Is not hysterically funny, but it usually deserves a giggle. Maybe because it doesn't take that much force on the balls to make even the biggest, toughest guy fall down crying - irony I guess.

I didn't realize women found it funny. It's definitely not funny for the guy getting hit, trust me. It's very painful and usually makes the guy very sick. And I think anyone who finds that funny is also very sick.

I don't find it funny at all, but most of the men I know do. They always laugh when they see it on TV.

I don't have them myself, so I'm not sure exactly, but maybe it's like the funny bone, it's funnier to watch it happen than it is to really hit it.

it just IS. my best friend got kicked in the nuts and had to go on his knees, later on he went to the bathroom to check if he was still .... complete.. his voice got all raspy, eyes watery. walked around like a penguin all day. i tried not to laugh .. but the walk got me. i dont enjoy seeing him in pain. but seriously the walk was hilarious
women,girls, young ladies .. are naturally evil that way
have i ever done it .. no. but came close many times. fellas get fresh, gotta give it to em.

I dont know about other women, but as mean as men are, i just think it it hilarious to watch them get payback for being so rude to the "Ladies!!!!"

it's never funny to get hit in the nether regions.... Men how often have you accidental hit a lady in the breast... we understand the pain..... I have never laughed......
