There's a great Wikipedia entry on her. According to the "Later Years" section, she's made a few unsuccessful appearances this year and has pulled out of a bunch of tournaments:

Jelena Dokic has gone no where..... she has gone upto no. 4 in rankings... but due to her personal problems she has faced a terrible & tragic fall in her game.... her problem is her own biological father ....who has demoralised her and bought her ame down to the ruins.... actually she did except a wildcard to the aus. open but lost her 1st round match......
