I actually don't judge people by their looks, that's something they are born with and don't have a great deal of control over, well, unless they are Michael Jackson, who I feel sorry for. But anyway, looks is not as important as is what is inside the person. a really bad person can "look" beautiful, and a really beautiful person may not have physical beauty, but most times you would not notice if you took the time to actually know them.

At this time, I have to say Ann Coulter. I've never actually SEEN her, but her hate-twisted comments about the women who lost their husbands on 9-11 made her very ugly to my mind.
"In a television appearance timed to the release of Coulter’s book GODLESS: THE CHURCH OF LIBERALISM, she said the women used their grief 'to make a political point .... I've never seen people enjoying their husbands' deaths so much,' Coulter wrote."
What is wrong with that woman? This willful lack of compassion must certainly show up on a person's face. She has to be just horrible to look at.
OOTH, Michael Jackson seems pretty bad though, too.

i like michael, quit picking on him... you guys don't even have the slightest idea what really happened to the guy.
about the ugliest people, nothing racist about this, but i've seen some african presidents that you'd never wanna meet anywhere after sunset. physically speaking, of course. these guys really are butt-ugly (like, the president of senegal, president of guinea, former president of benin, president of gabon etc etc etc.).
