Ha I just had 2 second interviews last week. Take some questions on a piece of paper...it makes you look prepared and organized. Seriously. Even if you don't have any questions, do it. The questions they ask you the second time around are gonna be more in-depth and be prepared to interview with several people. In the second interview I had last week, I was interviewed by 6 people over the course over the course of the whole thing. Expect to be there for a while. There's no way to know what they are going to ask you today because every corporation has its own set of interview questions, but it could be anything. When people come to interview you, and you are sitting, stand when they go to shake your hand. It shows that you have respect. Keep constant eye contact. They are really going to turn up the heat this time. A little bit of humor is good, too much says you're not serious about the job. They may have you sit with someone for a few minutes that is doing the job you are interviewing for just to see if you will be capable of doing it. If they do, talk to that person about the job. See what they like and don't like. Good luck, appear confident, say thank you, and introduce yourself to everyone you come in contact with. You're gonna do good!!

Sorry, I smashed my crystal ball last night!
Seriously though:
1) Pat yourself on the back for getting a second interview. They wouldn't ask you back if they didn't already like you.
2) There is a general thought that you get the job at the first interview and fight to keep it at the second. So be prepared for tougher questions, possibly by more than one person and possibly by someone quite senior.
3) Ask for the job! It sounds really obvious, but at the end of the interview, make strong eye contact with the most senior of whoever is in the room and ask them what reservations they would have about offering you the job. It's a killer question and I have never failed to get a job offer since asking it.
4) Usual interview stuff applies - positive body language, strong handshake, good eye contact.
Good luck, let us know how you get on.

Today they'll determine if you're a good fit in the company -
the first interview was to "screen you in".
Discussions at this interview are typically more "in depth" and detailed than the first one.
For today, prepare:
- to show how you fit in the bank's culture
- have a list of questions for them (shows you are interested in the company's future)
- follow up on any topics mentioned in the first interview (e.g position you're interviewed for)
Show yourself as "already working for them", the strengths you bring, and that you are the right candidate.
Good luck!

Congratulations... you're through the first phase. You are being considered, and now is the time to be prepared for your interview. Although you never really know what's going to be asked, you need to thoughtfully consider your answers. Questions like, "Tell us about yourself" and "Why do you want to work here?" may already have occurred in your first interview. Be prepared to give specific information about your computer skills... I'm sure this would be a strong criteria for them. Also, they will be interested in your "people skills" which basically means how well you communicate with people and handle adversity or problems. Good luck with your interview.

They probably want to see whether you will fit in with their current team members. It may be that other people need to meet you today or before the hire. Just be nice, polite, show them a little of your personality, be good natured, a little laugh and joke is ok. You want to make them feel that they can get along with you, that sitting across from you at the company meeting or everyday can be a pleasant experience.
Watch out for: any annoying or nervous habits, like pencil tapping. Your dress should be right. No BO (I'm serious people have not gotten the job for these reasons). Watch your posture. Friendly eye contact. Please have good breath.
Basically just relax and be confident that they all know you can do the job. Now all they wanna know is will it be pleasant working with you.

First of all.................good luck!!
In a second interview, they generally want to test you. They already like you, you got that right in your first interview or you wouldn't be making a second appearance. They will ask you things specific to the role you have applied for, how you deal with/ have dealt with certain situations. Don't just 'blurt' out an answer, look like you are giving it some thought, repeat part of the question in your answer too, it shows you have listened carefully.
They want to know how ambitious you are, so they will ask you the obvious, where do you see yourself in.......years' time. Give them two answers, one very, very sensible, like I would like to be head of the corporation etc... and one frivolous, so say something like living in a tropical paradise, whatever floats your boat, but tell them that you are giving two answers one sensible one frivolous, this shows that you don't think only of work.
Finally, ask where they see YOU in the organisation and what they feel YOU can add.......in other words, get positive feedback about you into their heads immediately. You remember things you say more clearly than things you think, so get them to verbalise positives about you and they'll remember that when they are making their decisions.

they are probably going to have you sit in with someone else and ask a few more questions, they use this technique to see if you show up to the second interview to make sure you are serious about the position, and usually means they are very interested in hiring you, after the questions they are going to probably offer you a position, just go dressed sharp, stay calm, and good luck,I think you are going to get the job

Well you can't just predict what they are going to ask you next. I mean it could be anything. From telling them more about you, or asking you to tell them if you know anything about the company. That's one of the biggest questions, is if you know anything about the company. If they haven't asked you that, you should do some research about it. Also, if they haven't ask you things about yourself, be prepare to give good examples. I wish you good luck on your interview and hope you get the job.

Your first interview generally replaced into to video show out the candidate by utilising HR human beings. you're between the intense applicants (generally narrowed to 2 or 3 human beings) which HR human beings mentioned to the administrative(s) whom you would be working for. because HR human beings screened out skills (training, experience, credit verify, etc), the administrative(s) would be finding to work out in case you would be a solid in positive condition to the dep. besides as to him/her. you may nicely be asked an identical question as your first interview however the administrative(s) would be finding to work out the way you answer the question as antagonistic to what the respond is. Take a deep breath earlier the interview, attempt to chill and be elementary in answering the questions. it somewhat is significant to be your self and not pretending to be somebody else. solid success!
