..and then he broke up with me because he didn't want a girlfriend anymore. (He was hanging out with other girls before we dated, when we started dating they all got pissed at him because I guess they liked him?) Also, after we broke up he stopped talking to most of these girls. We still hang out constantly despite the break up. When I get pissed off at him, he tries to make me happy by holding my hand & touching me, I don't want someone to keep touching me when I'm mad. I tell him to stop touching me, he keeps doing it. If I try to hold his hand though he gets pissed off when I didn't even do anything. We flirt a lot and people are always asking us if we are dating, then it gets awkward. I would like to still be dating him.. but he says that he doesn't want to date me. I just get so frustrated about it all, because when we are around other friends we don't flirt as much, though they know we dated. When we are alone it is different. What should I do? I don't want to lose a good friend.

When he touches me it's not in sexual ways, so I wouldn't consider it assult.

Also, soon he will be going into the Air Force.. and I think that also might be a reason why he doesn't want to date me.

dont let him touch and try not to flirt with him til he will bag you to date him
play the game with him then you will see where he is up to

He needs to grow up... move on.. unwanted touch is assault... no means no... a real man understands that...
