I would live life the same.. I am at a very good point in my life and am LOVING IT!!! The only thing I would change is to take in everything as much as I can.. Notice things that aren't usually noticed. But mostly, tell everyone how much I love them, every chance I get.

I wouldn't change everything but I think I would be more outgoing and do things that otherwise will get away from me (like maybe skydiving, or hot air balloon rides, or travelling more, or - I don't know lots of things)

I just realized I plan on having more than just 3 months to live, so I think I'll get busy on some of this anyway. Wish me luck on developing the more outgoing part!

Well, I expect I would become 3 months older. Not much of a change.

I wouldn't change because then I wouldn't be trying to hide all the mistakes made in my life by being nice to everyone. Why change? You would only being lying to yourself about who you really are.

I would get my affairs in order, let my children know where my important papers are, get a will drawn up, start doing the things I can now so that they will not have to deal with it when I die.
