I dont think there is a way to increase your height, but I know for a 100% fact that you can get into modeling because I am in modeling and i am 5'4 1/2" so i know you can do modeling such as advertisments, glamour, fashion, sports and fitness, casual, print, editorial, art, lingerie, hair and make-up and parts modeling. They hire the taller females for runway and also the others I mentioned, and for certain competitions you do have to be a certain height, but that dosn't mean there are no competittions for shorter people. Your height is pre-programmed genetically, so there's really no way to increase your height. If you're 5'4" your chances of getting a modeling job are slim. They usually want women who are at least 5'9".

Sure, you can probably get into modeling.

As for adjusting your height, there are a few options. The easiest and probably cheapest is to get tall-soled shoes or shoes with high heels.

Your other option is to undergo a very painful process which requires you to sit for many months while your legs get stretched very gradually. I imagine it would be expensive, so taller shoes would be your best choice.

Sorry. You are as tall as you are. Assuming you're old enough to have stopped growing, then you will be 5'4". You can look taller with what you wear, shoes, etc. but your body will not get taller.

I don't know anything about the modeling, but you should start by being happy with yourself as you are.

they say in order to increase height u should swim a lot and do tons of stretches and u sure can go for modeling

don't worry what other people think as long as ur happy

im extremely short but think about it i can get any guy tall or short sometimes tall girls only go for taller guys

You can't increase your height. You don't control it. But if you drink coffee, STOP, it stunts your growth. It also depends on how old u r, like if you're 13, like me, you will probably grow a few more inches, I am also 5 ' 4" and haven't stopped growing. But if you are an adult, it's pretty safe to say that you're done growing, babe.

It depends how old are you? if your over 18 yrs old.. I'm afraid you're too small for modelling unless you have gorgeous feet size 5 which is perfect in the shoe industry or beautiful hands for commercial photo and ads. Forget the runway or magazine cover....usually the girls are 5'10" and over.

cant do anything but wait. and to be a model you need to be 6ft or under and cant be smaller than like 5'6''. I am a model 5'11'' and just an inch or so short from going on the runway cause you need to be at least 6ft.
