very!
Get a proper one though, not a dodgey £3 brand. Repeat the test if positive and if positive again then thats a hospital standard test!
So to sum up... You're well up the duff!! lol, but seriously, go and see your doctor if it comes up as positive hon.

I have had 5 pregnancies and in all of them , I have never gotten a false positive !!!
If you get a positive then there is hcg in your system!!! The only thing that can cause hcg to be in your system is pregnancy or a fertility drug that contains hcg. If you are having negative results and you think you are pregnant you very well could be , it is very common to get a false negative . You could just be testing too early. They say that they can test 5 days sooner on some brands, but that is not always accurate. Some women do not test positive until days after a missed cycle!! Best of luck to you . I hope you get the results you are hoping for.

Pretty much spot-on.
Just make sure you read the instructions and follow them properly.
When my wife went to the doctor to register / check her pregnancy, the doctor told us that the home-kits are pretty much all they use in normal situations to diagnose pregnancy.
The only certain way is with a blood test, but this is only done if there are health issues or if you're having fertility treatment.
Good luck, I hope you get the answer you want.

They are extremely accurate. Most of the time at the hospital they don't even do the urin test if you've already done the chemist test. If you have any doubts do a second one...just in case.

If taken at the right time, they can be over 99% accurate. But make sure you have missed your period first before you take one. Also, there is NEVER a false positive. But it could come up with a false negative if you take it too soon.

Almost 100% - in fact, doctors dont test you now, they rely on home pregnancy tests. If you have a positive home test that's good enough for the doctor!

very accurate if you have done some tests and they come back negative see your doctor as the only way then is a blood test, or an internal examination.

Im my experience - very accurate. They were 100% when my ex-wife and I had our two daughters and when we thought she was pregnant on one other occasion (but it turned out to be not the case)
However, other reseach quotes the accuracy as being between 75 and 90%
