Usually 12 -14 days before the start of the next period is due. If you have a 28 day cycle it would be 12-14 days after the start of your period . you have to calculatehe days backwards and they can change from month to month in every woman .

In the days leading up to and including ovulation. Most women ovulate 12-16 days before their periods and sperm can live up to 5 days within the female reproductive tract if fertile conditions (cervical mucous) are present.
