Depression is a real illness that can affect many aspects of ones life. Depression can rob you of living a full, happy life. It changes everything. Even to the point where you do not want to leave the house. Or eat. Or talk on the phone. You feel too weak to even get out of bed. "You" need to know that you are not alone. There are support groups and many programs out there to help you get your life back! You need to take the first step and remember your "life" is valuable. Call your local mental health center for an appointment with a psychologist. He or she can evaluate the extent of your depression; prescribe the proper treatment and refer you to a counselor. It has been said, "Any journey begins with the first step." It is up to you to take that first step! You will be happy you did...Good luck to you...

There must be a reason why you are depressed? I know how you feel I have been there before. I was there over the man I love no matter how hard I tried I just couldn't seem to be happy. Well I am getting there now. Everyone told me that I didn't want to move on or I would I guess that was true I got tired of being like that and one day I said girl you are the only one who can pull you out of this so get goin life is to short. If it means moving away or what ever please try to change something in your life. Like a friend told me once "Life is what you make of it, If you get lemons make lemonade" Make the best of it.

Honey ,I've been there try to get yourself up and open your shades or mini blinds let some sunshine come in >Sit in front of the window and meditate on happy times in your life!!!! take a walk and breathe in the air, really try to appreciate the air that you are taking in !!Then realize that no matter what you are going through,someone always is worse off than you!!!! Last but definitely not least ,ask God for strength and energy!!!!! Pray and listen to uplifting music gospel if you like,and then just take it day by day!!!! And soon you will come out of depression and be just fine!!!! Best Wishes to you!!!

Life is to short to spend it moping around over what ever is ailing you! Get up!! Seek help or counseling if it is needed and move on to the next endeavor in your life. If not, you will find that your time has come to an end and you wasted most of it!!

It's hard i know. I am not sure how old you are. But if you have not went to the doctor yet then you need to go. Have someone that you can talk to. Rather it be a friend, family member, or someone that you do not know. I used to go to counseling but i no longer do that. It did not help much plus you know they are getting paid alot to listen to me that i think goes in one ear and out the other. If you need someone to talk to. e-mail me

You need support, go to some counseling, otherwise you will get worse. Its not easy, I know, but find your inner strength and help yourself! You have to be good to yourself!
