You can't stay healthy if you only wear high heels, the muscles in the backs of your calves will look like tennis balls.
Use foot cream every night, use a pumice stome on your heels and wear flat shoes as often as you can.

The best way to keep feet healthy is NEVER wear high heels. The vast majority (90% +) of females with foot roblems are those who WEAR high heals on a daily basis.
High Heals make you look like a prostitute.

Stop wearing high heals. Period. I used to sell shoes and I cannot tell you how many older women would come in to the shop I worked at to but Birkenstock sandals and Rockport walking shoes because their podiatrist "prescribed" them to straighten out their crunched and crooked feet and toes from having worn pointy toed, high heeled shoes for so many years. It is also a proven medical fact that the majority of back surgeries performed in the US are on women who's backs have gone bad from abusing their feet.

Buy the insoles to put in the heels to help cushion your feet.
Take them off as soon as you get home. Do some foot and ankle stretches to flex out the tendons and muscles. This will also help your feet to feel better. Get a good pair of house shoes with plenty of padding on the insole and a rubber bottom. If your feet hurt, get a massaging foot bath.

only wear high heels when your going somewhere fancy, going to work wear cute flats,and when your at home i would wear an orthipidic shoe like crocs. Also, you can buy one of those home water massages for your feet and do that every night when you get home.

not good idea to wear all time, y should wear flat heel shoes for work and go bare foot at home.
Save the heels for weekends only and think of ya feet.

At the most you should only wear high heels every other day. You're doing long-term damage to your whole body especially your back.

You need to make sure that you stretch your achilles tendon regularly. if you don't they will shorten (because of the unusual foot position from heels that make the heel to high) and it will cause you incredible pain over time.
As for your actual feet, when your noot in heels try to spend as much time as possible in bare feet to allow your toes room to spread.

seriously... they screw your feet up, affect the posture, make your ankles weak....
stupid invention. The best way to walk is barefoot, failing that, the flattest shoes are the best. I swear by my Skateboarding shoes

just make sure to alternate between heels and flats thats the only advice ya need. heels all the time will kill your tooties!
