Don't listen to anyone who says "eat less". That means they know nothing about nutrition. "Eat Right" is what you need to do. There are endless amounts of literature about fats, carbs, proteins, etc. It isn't hard to find out what harms your body. Eating less will just harm your body in the end. Absolutely nothing beats exercise.

Eat smaller portions and stay active. Always Hydrate, whether with water or fruits and vegetables. Plenty of laughter, that does burn calories too. Lets not even start on the benefits of sex. That is one way to get your cardio going....

Do it like Victoria Beckham (Ex-Spice Girl)....cut down on carbohydrates....go on a salad and sushi diet. Eat a grapefruit a day.....REALLY effective.

yea, its good to drink a lot of water but preferebly not cold water or juices, eat before 5 am and dont have any midnight snacks, less eat of rice will also help you because rice is equivalent to sugar so it will make you fat, dont eat pork, chicken is much better

sleep well,drink plenty of water, eat less, don't supper, include fibre in your diet, and most importantly exercise
