Your happy birthday call over the phone and a card is a big deal for your friend that might touched her!Just greet her when you wake up in the morning and give notes,you don;t have to buy a diamond ring,rich people needs friends attention and affections,material things does not gave them ultimate satisfaction!

The only suggestion I have for a friend who has everything is to buy them nothing, I have a friend just like that so I donate money to charity as her birthday gift each year and she is fine about it.

I can't buy my sister anything she can't buy herself or doesn't already have, so try to find something your friend might enjoy doing. I got my sister a pedicure one time, and a facial another time. There are plenty of things if you just think about it. What hasn't he or she tried but maybe would be interested in? If this were winter, you could get your friend a skiing pass or something.

a bible.. gift of life.. jk.. um... how about a kewl flower bulb that way she or he can watch it grow.. Don't tell them what kind of flower it is and they can find out later.. Or, depending on where you live Beach: parasailing , mountains: cabin rental for a weekend, Inland: local concert, City: ooh, go to the Midevil times its a blast. or a play/musical. just ideas.. tell more about what your friend likes..
