Water it.

If the leaves actually DRIED - then they are dead. If they merely wilted, they may revive.

Water it, and in a day, you'll be able to see what, if any of it, is still living. Prune off the dead branches, and see if it comes back.

Depends on how big the plant is, and how significant the damage is. The way I figure, you've got nothing to lose by giving it your best shot, right? Start by pruning it back, spireas can take a hard pruning (almost all the way to the ground). Then, soak it by laying a trickling hose next to it for several hours. The slow watering method ensures the water reaches the roots and doesn't just run off, like dry soils tend to do. Make sure to mulch the plant to help reserve moisture in the future. Good luck!

Give it water as soon as you notice it dried out. The sooner the better. Give is a little. Let it soak in. Then give it more.

Keep it watered if you care about it. Many plants will revive well, some will not!
