It has to be remembered that Israel was our main allies in the Middle East when the majority of Arab nations were sided with the Soviet Union. It also has to be remembered that the Soviets oppressed the Christians and the Jews, but gave Islam free reign. Also while the Arabs say they were there first, there has been a Jewish presence when Israel is now going back to antiquity, and while Rome did scatter the Jews, even after 73 C.E. there remained a Jewish presence there. The Arabs want to deny this, but it has been proved via archaeological findings. The Arabs are NOT innocent in this at all, they are not Victims at all. Jordan was created by the Arabs to prevent Palestine from being located there. All of this anti-Jews, and US nonsense is Arab propaganda.

It also has to be noted that we have never supported Israel by putting our troops into their war. This is not the same for the Arabs. We have put our troops on the ground to keep them out of the fire.

The only reason the US (in this case the Religious fundamentalists who are now in power) want to help Israel, is because of their misguided notion that Jews are "the chosen people" to convert into Christianity at the end of the world.

It isn't for anything truly "benevolent" on their part. Had the Bible (or more likely their bylaws) not carry such a provision, the US wouln't give a damn about the Jews anymore than they would give a damn about anyone else that didn't serve US interest.

The Jews are stand up people willing to defend themself's. The French on the other hand are little sniviling bitches that not only wont stand up for themselfs but forget who saved them in WW 2. They French are complicating the war on terrorism because of monetary interests and in my opinion should be run by the United nations,another sniviling,money based organization. Americans help Jews because USA and Israel are the same country. Americans are Jews, or at least in the hand of Jews.

P.S: You have to ask yourself why Jews never managed to create their own country. Why all ancient people hated Jews???

Besides, don't worry. France has a history which is great and old, USA doesn't have it (and they are mixed). Franch is also very beautiful country....

I do feel some support for Jews after the atrocities of the Holocaust, but am saddened by the actions of the Israeli military and leadership. I do nto want them all killed, but would like to see them be able to have a peaceful homeland.

Liking people and believing someone is in the right in how they are protecting themselves, is two totally seperate things. I believe the majority of Americans do like the Israeli's, primarily because they, like ourselves, are constantly being attacked both physically and mentally by terrorist organizations and moronic embaciles from other countries, who dislike us due to jealousy, from what I can tell.

We are a Judeo-Christian nation - therefore they are our brothers & sisters.

And - They are the ONLY democratic country in the middle east.
