who gets the boat??

a person left his boat at my place. now the soon -ex wants to get it. she will bring a title and court order to take it. what if he comes back first? can he take it ? Should i have a sherriff here for anyone who takes the boat? im affraid one will take it..then the other will show up and be mad... any ideas? I have it pad locked at the moment. hmmm....

if she has the title and a court order its hers to take but you should receive compensation for storage if you want.
