North Korea has asked for the South's help with flood relief. Should the south help? Would the north help the south if it were the other way around?

Humanistic-wise, yes. But those two countries are so diametrically
different, I would still be wary of the North. South Korea is somewhat contented where they're at politically and in life-style. They enjoy their freedom and liberty.
NK on the other hand wants to unite the Korean penninsula under their brand of communism, Juche. And I don't think I have to tell you how terrible that flavor is.

it doesnt matter if north korea would of helped them just they need to help them out to keep the peace between there nations they should make a korea and forget about the north and south divide germany did it and look at them now a nation of the worlds powerfulest super power europe

Only if N. Korea guarantees that the aid will go to the people. I doubt that could ever happen.

I think yes. They are brothers just parted by some big powers just for their political exploitation but they would be reunited one day like Germans.
