as you already know school is beginning to start. Where do i go to get a good car for a very very low price?

A private seller is likely to be cheapest, but I've found good deals on dealer lots too sometimes. Try Craigslist or Autotrader.

Hard to answer since we don't know where you are. If you can find a charity car auction, that's a good place.
