Burning CD is to write contents onto the CD Disc using a CD Writer. There are software like roxio, nero - which does this job.

Reg chat, you need to configure your PC for network. Open My NETWORK Connections, right click, select properties. Provide values like IP Address, subnet mask, dns/wins server etc. After this your PC can connect to internet.
