I would vote for black white or blue any race, any sex, but not gay. The person has to be a role model to others and so voting gay is not right, no i am not bias, gay is just not right, its against nature. Just like its not natural to marry a dog ?? Not natural to have sex with children, cos its just not right !
So guys and guys, or girls and girls are just not natural too! This is a fact.

By the way Kookoo bananas, you are indeed kookoo, if animals are homosexual, why do you wanna be kookoo like them, they are animals not humans, we are a higher form of species, we don't react by instinct, we are rational minded ! KOOKOO

There is a snow ball's chance in hell for a black person to win the presidency let a lone a gay person.

America is not that far ahead. We still have racism everywhere in the US. Gay bashing as an issue was placed on the ballot just last election when Gay people could not get married.

So I mean all of the people that said yes. While its nice that you seem informed and tolerant. Just remember what happens when the masses start doing just the opposite. A lot of people who said "maybe" will fall in line.

If you think a black person or any other minority has a chance.. just look in the Senate..

Im not speaking against any race.. what im saying is this, if America is made up of all these different races and ethnic groups how is it possible that the United States Senate is always filled with white protestant christians.

How can one race speak so broadly for the people. Mind you the House is different because its the House I mean its got over a 300 seats to fill.

Im just a pessimistic on the whole idea of anyone outside of a white person winning the election.

Cause honestly the moon and the stars have to align perfectly for that to happen. And well they did once, that was in 2000 when Colin Powell should of ran but what happened, arm twists and machines run by who?

I would vote for anyone that possess compatant skills to do the job right and have the interest of the people at heart and they are willing to stand up for us and make necessary changes to help us the people get what we deserve. A person who wont take no bs when it comes to getting us what we need such as education, less rent hikes, etc we need to see a person who will help instead of assisting in destruction so he/she could be gay, pink, orange, blue or green a man or woman if they have the qualifications that is what count with me and some people are afraid that if we have a woman in office with power such as Hiliary Clinton she can get a position now but some would not vote for her because alot of people feel that a woman has not business trying to run the world and what is so funny they havent even given us a try because they are so afraid they we will take the show and things will be ran in a better perspective and environment. I am hoping that we will have a strong woman to show that they are just as effective as a man to run this world and I believe that a female performance is much better than a man's performance when it comes to public policy etc. We carry ourselves a little better in public for example: The majority of the President's have had affairs in the Oval Office but I have never heard of the First Ladies doing anything when they found out even down to Guilliani he had an affair to so when these men get into public office they just lose control so that is why I feel a woman would be focused on what needs to be done because we are built with that type of instinct of understanding and how to problemsolve and deal with issues underpressure. That is just my opinion

A black man or woman.. Sure I would vote for them...as long as they were qualified & had sound moral views & would defend this country come hell or high water!
There is nothing wrong with colored people in office.
They are NORMAL people just like the rest of us. skin color don't matter at all!
A gay man... Heck No!
Just them being gay.. says to me that they have no morals, & are living in sin & will probably be quite flamboiant about their sexuality & push even harder to CREATE & legalize gay marriage.. then what will be next.. ????

God Bless

In the Primary wouldn't vote for a gay person because don't think they could win the general election except Bary Frank not sure of spelling. In general elections for president vice president have voted for blacks and women. A Hilary Clinton Bill Bradly ticket or better Howard Dean Bill Bradly 08 be interesting, and Bill Bradly Hilary 012.

I would have second thoughts about voting for a gay, man or woman. For President. The President drafts foreign policy and as Head of State entertains foreign dignitaries and visit Head of State of other countries., so would have to remember in the Middle East toleranc is low and tolerance is varied from nation to nation At best it demands utmost diplomacy for a {President on these trips, they would have to be a very likeable person as well as diplomatic, intelligent, Can't imagin any gay person wanting to be in that position; But won't say never!!!

In this country of bigotry, hypocrisy, narrow minded backwaterness no one of the mentioned groups could ever become president. First this country has to evolve from faith-based stone age and join (at least) the 19th century. Then we could have this discussion.

Before a gay man would become president the religious extremists in this country would rather elect two lesbians to be president. The hypocritical mind could cope with (and **** to) two lesbians in the ovarian office.

Does anyone sincerely believe that a black man (or person for that matter) would be allowed to even run for president? He would be cut down way before he could drop his hat in the ring of primaries.

Sorry to say, but our country is still medieval, despite all our technology we are not a developed nation.

ITS important to vote for a plan of action and not the man .I would like to see someone run on a platform that included some understanding of what america wants and needs to be a better nation .

A gay man would destroy the military.

The black man will survive but will question his views on racism as they are a racist themselves but managed to hide them by giving it to whites.

A woman will make the heading different from the body, why, the name says, President Clinton and in fact it was Hillary and not the Clinton's(see my point?)

Well, history will decide..
