Kim Jong and his son in North Korea - in this century.
My choices were between Jong and Castro. What clinched it for Jong is satellite photos of N. Korea. There is no light except for the capital city - no one has the easy life but Jong, family and supporters. Jong has taken it so far beyond what Castro has subjected upon the Cuban people - though Castro is no peach.
