I remember looking out the window at three years old and realizing Spring would come again. The grass would get green again and the days would probably get even warmer. Life has been good to me!

I was crazy about cats--still am-- but I remember holding this big old cat at my grandma's house and being happy as a bug in a rug.
And going sledding in the wintertime on this big hill.
Playing games up in the haymow at my friend's house. Her dad was a farmer. I had a regular Charlotte's Web childhood. All except for the talking critters! ha.

At the age of 11, My cousin and 3 best friends and I took my Uncle's, girlfriend's car for a ride. We only made it about 2 blocks before we got busted by a friends parents but it was my first taste of FREEDOM! BTW. It was a stick. Imagine the 5 of us at the age of 11 trying to drive a stick...Can I say chuga chuga..

My favorite childhood memory is with my mother (god bless her soul) and brother. she always took us places like to the zoo and we did a lot of family things together.

Going to the river and floating beneath the trees for hours in tubes with cold lemonade and homemade fried chicken and potato salad waiting within arms reach on the shore.

i am still a kid, but i miss getting candy every friday in 3rd grade :) yummy
and having really close guy friends without the drama of going out or likeing eachother,
and i loved always getting the front seat on the bus lol
and waking up 3 in the morning to watch my favorite show lol

I loved to spend the summer with my grandparents. They took us on roadtrips to magic mountain and disneyland. When we just spent the weekend at their house, my grandma always made us Coke floats with vanilla ice cream and special spoons shaped lilde shovels with straws in the middle. She always had the popsicles with the ice cream in the middle. She was such a great grandma-better than my real grandmother. The one I loved best was my stepgrandma.Unconditional love from her and Pappy. No love from the "real" maternal grandparents. Sad....
