Check With Doctor Emmett Brown. I KNOW that he had one of things a while ago. I think he lives in Hill Valley, California. You'd be better off checking in somewhere between 1955 and 1985, because he really hasn't been seen much since then.

My bet is in Iran. Everything I've heard, they're working on the plutonium which is obviousely required for the flux capacitors 1.21 Gigawatts power consumption. I mean it doesn't use a nine volt. Duh.
