any nurse or doctor wouldn't do anything or say anything to you. medical prefessionals are there to make sure that you are healthy not to judge you about what happens. This is one reason that a doctor or nurse when treating a patient of the opppsite sex will have a co-worker of the patients sex in the room at the time.

Erections, you know, are a funny thing, because they can be voluntary and involuntarily achieved.

For example, and just to answer your question in a roundabout way, here's a scenario:

You're sitting in your desk. You're bored as hell. The teacher is giving a lecture. The lecture is about the revolutionary war. There's coronels, warriors, people getting killed. And in the middle of all this boredom, you get an erection.

It literally can happen despite nothing having aroused you.

Further, after going through surgery, it's very normal for a male patient to get an erection, specifically because the blood flow is "testing" itself, to put it simply. So it runs blood all over your body, and an erection is likely to happen.

So when a nurse or doctor gives you a physical, this may occur, especially when you're younger and more prone to sexual stimulation at the slight touch associated when getting a physical done.

And as far as Doctors and Nurses, they shouldn't say anything. These are the people that are supposed to view the body as a physical object exclusively, and if the erection occurs, they would take it as a fact of life, not as a social condition to giggle about.

I have it is natural nothing to be embarrassed about. When you are young a cool breeze can give you an erection. As a nurse don't worry it is nothing we have not seen before because if we ever see anything we haven't seen before we take pictures or make sure there is a big audience for it.

I didn't go for my physical.
If there's only a male doc. in d room, only erection can occur.
Bt if there's any female doctor or nurse in d room, i vl ejaculate in front of them.
They r used to it and no need to get embarassed.
Bt i vl be really embarassed. I don't know why?

If female doctors are very beautiful and applied good perfume, then i vl hav more ejaculation.
