I love them! usually always with butter, sometimes just with salt and pepper and other times with sugar and milk. They are even good with cheese and bacon bits. You can eat them like potatoes (what ever your favorite topping is) or like a hot cereal (brown sugar, honey, jam). They are especially good with sausage gravy.

butter salt pepper and bacon bits really adds to the taste. northerners say yuck to grits. all i have to say is you eat hominy and all that is . is huge balls of grits.

Cook them, put them in a loaf pan and freez overnight... Take out of the freezer the next morning slice iy, fry it and put butter and syrup on it...yumyum
